“We took three offices back in October whilst our own offices underwent a complete refurbishment and stayed there until early December. As we are a security company one of the offices was staffed 24/7 as this was our temporary control room where we had various systems running to support our client base so it was imperative we received good local support.
From the initial show around up until the last day when I dropped in some bubbles and chocolates Zara and her team were excellent! “When eBusiness Guru decided to open a new London office, Stanmore Business & Innovation Center offered a number of advantages – Reception for accepting guests, access to parking and to Public transport for visitors, Security to limit access to our offices and the fact it was a new, clean and environmentally friendly building.
eBusiness Guru moved into the Business Center in July 2014, and found it easy to settle in, and get up and running, with power and networking already in place, and even furniture! The staff were friendly and professional, always happy to answerquestions or help if we had an issue, and the other occupants were welcoming, both during the day in ordinary encounters, and during the Center’s Networking events. In these events, the residents could discuss what their business does, and see if there are any synergies or opportunities. This has enabled us to find new business, assisting our neighbours, and to be assisted by them in turn where our customers, or our own company, had need of services they could provide.
As the Business has grown, eBusiness Guru outgrew our existing office space, with our team having doubled in size in less than 2 years. Towards the end of 2016 it was time to look at a new location or office with more space, and a meeting room of their own. The staff at the Business Center were opening and releasing the larger, stage 2 offices at this time, and were happy to arrange for an appropriately sized office, more than double the size of the existing unit, and to include a partitioned meeting space. Once everything had been finished and signed off, we were able to move quite literally overnight in early 2017, with a walk of under 100 meters to move our equipment and desks – No vans or stairs required!
The business is flourishing in the new space, and we new businesses moving in and adding to the flourishing community every day, including retail and childcare. with all the offices adjoining balconies, it’s easy to grab some fresh air without leaving the building, and the additional conference facilities have enabled us to find new ways to help and interact with our customers – The Center staff are enthusiastic and positive in helping us to achieve whatever is needed, so we can focus on our customers and their needs.
